
NESPRESSO
Over the course of 3 years (2017-2020), I had to convince people that they could have a cup of high quality premium coffee at the touch of a button.
I helped build the account from the ground up, worked on content strategy to increase Nespresso's social presence within the APAC region and introduced a wide range of coffee to existing and new consumers through our Social Media efforts.
This involves working on countless caffeine induced TVCs, activations, social media campaigns and styling beautiful shots while wasting away countless cups of Arpeggios. (I don't even drink coffee but I am now equipped with in- depth knowledge about coffee and the difference between a Lungo and a Ristretto.)
As a result, we increased and grew Nespresso's fan base on Instagram and Facebook, as well as increased online sales and footfall traffic by more than 65%.
Invigorating the senses through visuals
Every year Nespresso would launch a new range of coffee with refreshed flavour profiles. But how do we explain a taste to someone who has never experienced it before? Part of our content strategy was to entice prospects by visually illustrating the taste notes through beautiful expressions and by invigorating their senses into triggering them to try something new.



We even gave millennials full control on social media and hosted Singapore's very first crowd sourced festival fuelled by coffee.
As though that's not already enough, Nespresso wanted to bring back brand recall and reconnect consumers with their favourites. So we did exactly that by highlighting different moments in a day where you'd crave for a cup of coffee. Through Social we visually illustrated these different coffee moments and engaged with consumers through supported social media content.

As part of our festive campaign for Nespresso, we decided to indulge our consumers with a little bit of luxury, elegance and indulgence - giving them a reason to make this the perfect gift for the holiday season.
