To get people to embrace the Note 8 again, we used data to identify four micro segments to understand how they use their phones everyday.
Each segment was different but were connected by one ambition - a drive to get more out of every single moment.
We set out to show how even the smallest moments could help them do bigger things.
Personalised and tailored content was delivered to people based on the moments they most identified with and the devices that they were using resulting in over 3,500 personalised journeys.
Throughout the campaign, we saw 111% increase in site visits, 64% increase in sales engagements and 60% increase in sales lift over their previous S8 campaign.
